Sugar by Winz

With a background in hospitality and marketing, and coming from a long line of restaurateurs, baking has been a passion since I learnt to bake my first butter cake at 8.

After serving a lot of birthday, anniversary and wedding cakes and seeing the joy it brings people, in 2007 my friends encouraged me to start selling my creations commercially, and so, Sugar by Winz was born.

I've been very fortunate to have been trained by some of Australia's finest cake decorateurs & patissiers, such as Kirsten Tibballs (Callebaut Ambassador to Australia), Paul Kennedy (World Masters Chocolate Champion), Rochelle Adonis and of course Paris Cutler, Handi Mulyana (National Cake Decorator of the year) & Anna Maria Roche at the world famous Planet Cakes in Sydney.

Everyday, they inspire me with their ideas and pursuit of perfection in the amazing world of edible art.
