What size is a standard slice of cake?
Coffee/ finger serves are 2.5 x 2.5 x 9cm and dessert serves are 2.5 x 5 x 9cm.
How early do I need to reserve the date?
We take bookings up to 6 months in advance. For wedding cakes we require a minimum of 3 months and for smaller cakes, 3 weeks notice.
Will I need to pay a deposit?
For larger cakes, we will require a 50% deposit on confirmation, and the remaining balance 1 week prior to the event.
Do you provide samples?
We do provide samples in the form of cupcakes at a cost of $15.00 for up to 4 flavours. This is deductible off your final invoice if you choose to proceed with the order.
How do I store my cake?
The majority of our cakes are torted and iced with chocolate ganache and fondant icing. Store the cake in a well circulated cool area out of direct sunlight.
How long will the cake last?
From delivery, the cake will remain fresh for 3 -5 days if stored correctly.
Can I freeze the cake?
Yes, wrap the cake in several layers of glad wrap and store the cake in an airtight container. Chocolate mud cake will be fine frozen for up to 4 months.
What is the rough cost of a cake?

Where can I collect my cake?
Collection by arrangement from East Perth.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do, there is a small delivery fee for delivery within the Perth metro area.
If I want a particular flavour or gluten free, can this be done?
Yes, if you have a special recipe or allergies, we can adjust this to your dietary requirements.
Can I use fresh flowers on my cake?
Yes, preferably we'd like to use flowers that haven't been sprayed - so ask your florist.
Can I keep my sugar decorations?
Sugar figurines will keep indefinitely if stored correctly. As long as they are kept dry and out of direct sunlight, they will last for many years - though you probably wouldn't want to try and eat them if you've stored them for a while.
